In case of conflict between any of the above, succeeding items take precedence.
All competitors advertising shall conform to ISAF Regulation 20, Advertising Code
Eligibility and Entry
4.1 The Regatta will have the following divisions and classes:
Racing Class. Keelboats with a current IRC Rating.
Cruising Class. Keelboats with a Cruising Handicap System (CHS) Rating.
Ocean Multihull Class with a Cruising Handicap System (CHS) Rating
Boats without CHS Rating will be allocated a Rating based on the boat’s information provided
4.2 Classes may be divided or combined subject to the number of entries in a class.
4.3 Classes for individual boats will be recognised subject to a minimum number of three entrants in that class.
4.4 Boats may enter by completing the accompanying entry form and sending it by email to Zed Avecilla firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Wednesday August 26, 2015. The organizers would appreciate any advance expressions of interest, to assist with event planning.
4.5 Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Committee with the payment of an additional late entry fee.
4.6 The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any boat or person.
Entry Fee for all classes is Php 1,000.00 / The Crew Fee is Php 350.00
Fees will be payable at Registration.
The ISAF Sailor’s Classification Code will not apply.

0800 – 1000 Registration and payment of entry fee on the terrace of the SBYC.
1000 – 1015 Skippers’ Briefing on the terrace
1125 Warning Signal ‘Round the Bay Race’
IRC/ Cruising Class – Round the Bay Race7.2 Sunday August 30

1800 Awarding Dinner Party at the Lighthouse Marina Resort7.3 All races will take place in Subic Bay
The First Warning Signal each day shall be at 1125
The Sailing Instructions will be available at the Lighthouse, in SAGS Subic Sailing facebook and website by August 21, 2015 and will be sent thru email.
10.1 The Low Point Scoring System will apply.
Prizes will be presented to boats finishing 1-2-3 on corrected time in each class in each race.
Watercraft Ventures will provide FOC berthing on first come first served basis or free mooring at the Lighthouse Marina Resort mooring berths (boat to shore ferry service to be provided) for competing visiting yachts. Arrangements should be confirmed beforehand with the organizers.

Competitors participate in the racing entirely at their own risk. The organizing Authority and their representatives, SAGS, their representatives or agents, The Lighthouse Martina Resort and Watercraft Ventures and sponsors accept no liability whatsoever for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after any racing.
Decision to Race
The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) Fundamental Rule 4 states:
The responsibility for a boat’s decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone.
